Washington Sundar is the player who is not performing in IPL 2025. This player was selected to play for Gujarat in IPL 2025. Gujarat team bought Washington Sundar in 3.20 crore rupees. After spending such a huge amount of money Washington is not able to play in the match and he is sitting on the bench waiting for his turn, he didn’t get a lot of chance to play in IPL matches. Because of Impact Player Rule Gujarat team is not giving him a fair chance to play.

According to this rule, a team can play with 12 players instead of eleven, now teams are preferring to include batsman and bowlers instead of all-rounders and the because of this the value of all-rounders is decreasing. In Indian team all-rounders are preferred because when batting or bowling comes all-rounders can do both but this doesn’t work in IPL, teams need proper batsman or bowlers to do their desired jobs.
